How many wins must be done to get 4th medal (for 5 wins)?
Or what should be done to get it?
I have such problem during all the event.
I know, that officially there should be done 5 wins, but sometimes I can't receive last medal even winning around 10 battles (GB).
Tried to relogin - doesn't help.

Is it possible to create for the next event a win-counter somewhere near display of medals to get to know when exactly counter starts to fail (now there is 2 battle gap and it is hard to define which exactly battle fails).

While it is not mentioned on the event page, there seems to be some confusion as to wether the 5 minute minimum time in battle requirement is in effect or not. If you are leaving games before this point and getting wins, then they might not be counting because of this.

 

I am unsure if the timer is present or not, I generally stay to atleast 5 minutes away due to premium, but if you do not then perhaps this is the issue. Ask for time to premium in battle and see if wins earned after the 5 minute marker start to count towards the objectives.

I'm not sure whether you need to stay longer than 4 minutes or 5 minutes.

But I always stay in each winning game for at least 5 minutes and I have never had the problem you mentioned above.

Apparently, some games that game says you've won (Especially the one that looks like it should have been loss for you) is not quite counted as Win into system. I had a case which for odd reason, though it was my team who got slaughtered, game said I won, but XP +30% item that I was using at that time wasn't applied in result screen. Those items are automatically applied if it's won game, but it didn't. From that incident, I started to think there are games that's just not counted toward win count. I might dig into it when I get a chance.

Totally agree with you. I sometimes also get a "Winning Point" medal in the game result summary page but at the end of the game, it says our team has lost.

But win/loss counter (checked with /who <nickname> ) still applies result. I mean i've seen that e.g. having medal for 3 battles I won 2 battles more and counter increased by 2, but no medal for 5 battles was received.

However, if devs consider several meanings of "won battle", then ...

P.S. Have you checked if +30% xp items applied only for won battles? Due to if error exist, these items could be used for lost battles (like they are not used for won ones).
