If you own and like the B65, I wouldnt bother with the Mutsu. The Hyuga is just great with the 6 BB3 duals, it easily beats the nagato and with an extra support. The Mustsu is really just a nagato with an extra support, extra bind of ammo, 250 more DP and more spare displacement. It does also have access to the BB FCS 2, unlike the nagato AND hyuga, so it has the best accuracy of the 3, but compared to the Hyuga it also has 2 less guns.

I'd recommend the Hyuga over any other IJN BB for leveling, fun at 120 and because its a bit special (BB2 sprite with 6 BB3 guns), where I'd only really recommend the Mutsu to collectors or people who are really badly struggling with the Nagato and need a spread and support bonus.

becasuse Mutsu have bb5 radar with 80 accuracy don't shot blockshots ?? anybody test Mutsu about speard guns? hyuga we see ofen in battle and we known what firepower hve per shot, but never shots blocks even with gunners lvl 120 with 200 vets.

The Mutsu has nice spread, indeed. It's not quite Shinano level, but a well aimed shot will hit with most shells most of the time. However, it only has 2/3 of the shells Hyuga does, and the Hyuga will hit with a few shells even on a shot that is off, and almost as many on the average good shot. And of course, if the Hyuga hits with 9 shells, that's already better than the Mutsu can ever do. Over time, it's either about even or slightly in favor of the Hyuga, but the Hyuga's better firepower is more useful more often.

go with the hyuga fun little ship 6 guns guarantied to hit something and since you already are at nagato lvl i presume or atleast fuso you can be very comfortable with the 43 range guns or if first time well have fun :)

Just to add, Hyuga has the additional option to mount 6 Mikasa turrets because... ok well go try it first.
