i buy 6 +10 vet pack and 100 +10 expert pack
only expert shows in-game, i cant see the vet pack
i have submit ticket and waited for 2 hours but no response...
and i also wait 1.5 hours in the refund request...
now i demand a BIGGER refund, SDE new olive-buying-system is broken and devs/mods not respond to my tickets
thanks for wasting 2 hours of my NF playtime

actually if your in their shoes, you'll be reading 100+ tickets sent to them by the players

so pls be more patience, since during the patch they are too busy dealing with the problem that the patch brought to the players, i know they'll gonna do something as soon as they have read your ticket

lol, the patch problem suffered by the players are mostly the same.

just be patient. in my case i made a purchase on friday(created a ticket on the same day) and got a reply/resolved on monday.

isn't SDE supposed to deal with the payment problem faster? because they dealing with my (or our) money..

like ch0x side please be patient,
there are tons of problems right now.some are missing their ships and some their money, other their sailors!!
and in my case i cant even play the game
all we can do now is wait and hope everything get back to normal as fast as possible, because they are working on solving these issues.

Just an FYI the normal response time is 24 hours allowed for most tickets, right now its longer than
that due to the issues created with the last patch
