Class your sailor at Lv12 to Special Force, then level it up to Lv40 and class it to Fighter Pilot, then level it up all the way to Lv120, then class it to Fighter Squadron Leader.

However, it's better for you to get 8 hero sailors and do the same thing above...

Then you'll have the best fighter pilots one can ever have in NF.... 

Do this if your going to max vet the sailor.  If you only plan on getting around 100 vets on it class it on time.

Much less than if you left the pilot at "fighter pilot" - that's the point of NOT classing further than fighter. Never ever ever class SQD Ldr. There are threads on this, and not even much further down this index.

If you plan on attempting to get to 40% vets (The Cap) on your fighters.

Class to fighter and leave it til level 120.



If you only plan on having less than 200 vets.

Class on time.
