Your account has been archived because you were inactive at the time the Nebraska and Kaiser servers merged.

Please create a support ticket requesting your account to be restored from the archive and include the following information;

- The server you played on prior to the merge (Nebraska or Kaiser).
- When you last played.
- Ships and crews you had on the account when it was archived.
- How many credits and points you had, if you can remember.

Once your ticket is read and the information has been confirmed your account should be restored to how it was when you left it. But keep an eye on your ticket, more information may be required.

1st, you should look under technical support for answers cause theres already lot of threads there having the same problem like yours anyway...

your account has archived or been put to storage due to long inactive time and also the server merges when your out of the game ...

all you need to do is send ticket stating that you have been inactive and your details (e.g. server you last played with, your sailors, ships[both prem/normal], items[e.g. smokes, phh, mines], etc)
