If your solution is valid, then why even the warning?  Problem not solved.  Go troll some other forum

I put post here to see if they could test out certain things and see if its plausible to extend time while keeping bb's from avoiding aircraft.  

In cv going north and watching my planes, i suddenly get warning and turn right away but don't make it out.  In BB going north I get about where i think it is, fighting on the line, and then i get the warning and turn but don't make it out or barely make it out.   

If they made it two seconds longer i'd make it out every time, but as is im only a second or two away.  I don't see any good compromise to keep cheaters from avoiding aircraft while warning players who are accidentally in the zone.  but its only a few seconds.  I figure if they're testing stuff, then maybe they can test this situation out.
