IJN is a good BB killing SS with lots of torps.. but bad for SS vs SS due to no rear torps. KM is best at SS vs SS (IMO) because of proxy torps. But they dont do as much dmg per torp as IJN does.

KM is good for SS vs SS but IJN are BB killers. For IJN ss get  good engys as they are very slow. Also directly jump into ss2 as ss1 is bad. 

If you are goign to play IJN skip right up to the IJN SS4. You will only need 1 torper....be prepared for slow ass speeds

If you want to have fun with KM skip up to the SS5, level up 2 torpers....sell off 1 of them when you hit SS6.
