This is something no sane person should be able to argue against.

Have 2 toggle boxes on the login screen.

box #1 "save Login"

box #2 "save password"

Doesn't matter really. The data isn't encrypted when sent anyway.

I only posting something that was previously known, posted and findable by the search function.

Either way, its a keylogger, a packet sniffer or someone packet sniffing the server itself.

You have an equal risk of 1st and 2nd every second your connected to the internet anyway.

The final being looked for frequently anyways to make sure that doesn't happen.

Remembering I.D. is no big deal because that piece of info is public. Forum, etc. Only question is about the password remember option.

So; Remember ID should be there, it's a simple thing to be implemented.

This dabate should be about whether remember PW should be implemented or not.

Depends, I do not worrie about that stuff about keyloggers too much. All you people have to worrie about is ur banking info being revealed to others by a keylogger and all that crap.

Just buying stuff on the internet and doing banking online is a greater risk.

Every single person who has posted in this thread probably have more than 1 keylogger on their system without knowing it.

If you are talking about zero-day exploits and government level backdoors, you sir sure have a point.

Other then that, I believe, it is more likely to be able to defend against common threats, like regular keyloggers.

I think normpearii's point supports these ideas.
