I understand about the radio man thing but.
 how many people/acct to form a Squad or a Fleet ?

, how many people/acct. needed to attack a fleet like a harbor or a fleet war ?

U need a radioman at lvl 26 to form a squad and 200.000 credit. No minimum but max 40 members.
To form a fleet u need a radioman at lvl 50 and 2 mil in credits and a minimum of 10 members + fleetleader in your fleet.
For HA u need radioman at lvl 75 or 80. (dont remeber exactly.)
