plz can anyone help me with this? and why i shouldn't class up my FPs to SQ leader?

to avoid ability lost maybe, its all the same from all nation [many said don't class after ace]

The true ability of a SQR Ldr (with many veterans!) is the lowest in comparison to all types of FPs (Fighter Pilot and ACE Pilot).
By classing the crew growth will decrease. That leads to less possible veterans on higher levels.
I dont have the real numbers right now (too lazy to calculate that stuff =P ), but DONT class your FPs to SQR Ldr (except you dont plan to vet them what would be ... really bad).
When you plan to super vet your FPs then let them be Fighter Pilots.
Otherwise ---> ACE Pilot

ok so from what i have read that if i want to super vet my FPs then i should leave them at ACE fighter and no SQ ldr, right?

and if i don't want to super vet them and leave them with normal amount of vets then i can class them to SQ ldr, right?

Im not 100% sure about that.

Even with only 100 vets, only 1 rookie and full of experts I THINK that you shouldnt class them to SQR LDR because they will be worse than a ACE Pilot at 120.
Just do the math and post your results here please =D

Even if you do not plan vetted or overvetted, let your FPs only as Fighters.

US + 12FP at lvl 120, no boost (boost makes difference a little higher) for Fighter, Ace Fighter and SQ Leader Figher.
