  • Please Help Me Diagnose My Connection Issues

Fellow Players of Navy Field,

 

  In the past two months I have been experiencing frequent delays and pauses everywhere in Navy Field. I performed three tests (Ping, Pathping and Tracert) to 174.35.45.173 and the reports are shown below. Can somebody please tell me what is wrong with my connection to the server?

im not expert at networking but i can see that you got a time out on your tracert and pathbing at hop 5 and a problem on your hop 8 at your tracert

1.) Your ping is normal for the distance from Hong Kong to San Jose. 

2.) Only issue is Hop 5 and 8. 
 Hop 8 is a security company's firewall. I assume the US government sponsored.

3.) Hop 5 is in Hong Kong. I suggest calling your ISP and asking them about it and wheather you can be routed around that server.
