  • Repeated repatching/crash on start/data corruptedd to v1235

1. Repeated repatching (to 35 parts).
2. Cash on start-of-client ("NavyField has stopped working" - notification is from Windows).
3. Repatch and get "data corrupted" at login screen; v1325 as version.

Title really says all; I'm not sure if servers are up properly. Running Win 7, plenty of HDD, 6GB ram, updated ATI 3650 Graphics card. Could be a restart issue; but have done the cycle about 3 times since 0220 PST and no change.

Occasionally the patch will be a 178 kb one instead of a 35 part one. Typically this generates the Data File Has Corrupted Issue.

I have logged into v1324 fine; in fact, I was playing this afternoon, roughly 2000 or so PST, so don't think it's my PC or anything like that. Might have gotten a bad install, will try deleting .DATA files.
>0350 [Last load ended in Data Corrupted, I believe] No patch required; Tells me I am required to have a YF and a NavyTable Data file by popup and at login. Replacing and retrying.
>0352 Oops. Only Macros + those data files were moved out. Replaced, got a patch for 5 parts. Data file has corrupted upon login screen.
>0414 Trying again. It briefly commented that the current install was invalid. Went to downloading the 35 part patch; Data file is still corrupted.

May attempt to manually patch from v1323 tomorrow. Stupid patch coders >.<\

Same here.

After 3 repatches, uninstalled NF and cleaned registers as instructed on the 'Data corrupted' thread in here.
Reinstalled client (ver 1.324) and automatically ran patch 1.325 (incl a 2,9 Mb file !), but data corruption error remains.

Advice needed !

PS: Running W7 32 bit, NF was running fine even one hour prior today's patch.

Both of you need to read and follow the sticky at the top for Data corruption.
