when i try to enter to navyfield, when i put my ID and my password and press enter.... after 3 or 2 seconds the game says "please create account in fm.en.navyfield.com"

 i reinstaled navyfield test server 2 times and the problem keep same. please tell me how to solve this problem, i got 3 weeks and my fleet need me to training
