If you were inactive for sometime I highly doubt they just deleted everything but rather placed it in the "Archive". Simply send in a ticket asking for your account to be restored from the archive. It will take a few days but that should take care of you. I am not certain as to why they do this but I believe it is in an effort to keep the "live" database as small as possible to keep query times low. Hope that helps have a great day.
