Sorry to ask but is it possible to recover my old account from suspension?
i'f not played navyfield for ages but seems like it got resetted.

your account was just archived, if it was supsended/banned/or whatever you can't login on the game with that said account... anyway

just send ticket for your account recovery stating when the last you played, your ships/crews, on what server you played before it was merged, other detail can be seen on a sticked topic here at technical discussion just read it

I have the same problem. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the server I was playing on when I last logged on. It must have been fall 2012, and I'm in North America if that's any kind of indicator. As for my ships and sailors, I also can't remember those details! Is it stored locally on my computer anywhere?

Kaiser and Nebraska was the server before it was merge on Nov 7, 2012... hope it can help you remember but i forgot when the 4 servers was merged to become the Kaiser and Nebraska server itself on 2011...

as for your ships and sailor details, its not stored on your computer, except for the current ship position on your harbor which can be found on your mydocuments
