My kaiser went 41 knts OH speed. Was there a buff made regarding Kaisers' OH Speed?My crew having: 5x +12 engies and 3 +12 reps w/ +11/10 engy stat. rougly 115-150 vets each sailor. lvl 120

That must be the reason.
Kaiser normally can only go 37 kn OH. 39 if you go without AA and do some more trimming.

5/6 engies to break the 43-44knots, 5/6 engies with 200+ vets to get over 46-47 knots

I'd say this would be easily done with MN's Charlemagne (outside W@W it does already 42 kn).
And @ OP: forget about your repairers' engy stat. Only engineers contribute to OH speed and OH time.

BB6 speed limit is capped at 50knots... so all BB6 top speed is the same.
