Why use the lvl68 if you can load higher guns that have less weight and better performance. I've used the Giulio Cesare 1914 with a full 120 crew.

yes its possible, although you won't have bulge and you also need to lessen your bind of ammo...

with the 13" you could go 42 knts while with 12" k10 (or the one that the conte and ciao uses) will let you go 44knts

and i can only bring 3 binds though until full displacement
