when in shipyard and equiping planes on your ship, that you see the True ability of the salor in that aircraft with seaman bonuses, giveing the total value of every salor on ship + aircraft as a grand total of the power of that aircraft. somewhere and if you take a seaman off the ship the value changes if you put him back on it changes back. basicly like every other thing works.  (repair rate/ Over heat)
