Hello, I have had updates for my character transfer, but I'm left a bit befuddled. I was asked to confirm something to which I did, but the moderator closed both support tickets meaning I won't get any further updates on anything, there was nothing said about it being stopped or there being a problem, the ticket was closed. What do I do next? Just wait and see or open a new ticket? I'm extremely confused.
