  • Guideline lenght indicator in shipyard

Just like we have indicators for repair rate and overheat time make one for the lenght of the guidelines. I think it would quite useful and based in the previous job made with the other indicators it shouldn't be too hard to do.

what i do, is after i find the correct # of recruts on my BO to get mt guidelines rite. Say for example 10 for my BB4 , 28 for my BB5, & 55 for my BB6. I name my BO 10/28/55 saves me time in the long run if i wana play a smaller ship. But what you want would save the initial time of figureing it out, i recomend this

wasn't there a project they'll make the guideline lenght according to the range of the guns being use in the past ? or its just my imagination

I don't like this due to the fact that my BO's experts are constantly changing, and altering the recruits needed for the desired guidelines.

Cracko, two items should be included:
1 - Guideline Lenght indicator
2 - Max Gun range indicator.

That will help players, match up the two parameters.

they've tried to do so, but stopped becouse some player cry about having their guidelines a little bit shorter or a little bit longer.

i recc this and the old one, but this seems to be fair for all!

Problem with max gun range indicator is it makes it more complicated.

What to do if ship has different guns with different range?

What to do if guns are AA guns? What is the max range if shells explode in the air?

What to do if ship "main" weapons are on T-slots (kitas, SSs or other ships, maybe taking the torp value as max range i guess) ?

I would preffer just a guideline lenght indicator (something doable, easy and fast)  instead complicating it too much for devs adding other kind of indicators.
