i notice that the fleet ranking isnt working right...
My suggestions is this
Fleet Wins   = 3 points
Fleet ties      = 2 points
fleet lose      = 1 point.

The way it runs now  fleets that have Zero  battle and no points are ranked higher  then those that have 1 point.
