I have updated my sailor base calculator for all nations. I was waiting for someone to update the last base calculator and it never happened. I started this by using sk_bismarck's sailor data. I then updated a couple inacuracies and added the new nations/sailors. Try it out and see how it functions compared to the past sailor calculators. I am by no means an excel guru, so there may be a better way to perform the same functions. I am open to any suggestions on how to improve it.

 There is also an added function/macro to save the sailor for future reference.
