It's because the server is down.

last june 2013 during the summer event .. i paid for a premium subscription
the sever went down for 2 days .. and i lost 2 days of paid time due to that
i sent in a support ticket ... got a blow off answer unrelated to the prem question




fast foward 6 months to jan 2014  ... paid for a premium subscription for winter event
the server has AGAIN gone down .. and am again losing paid time (going on 2nd day now)
after waiting and waiting all day long - i sent in a support ticket just now for this one



aside for the event-related stuff like dice and boost rooms ...
the premium issue involves real money loss and short-changing of paid prem time




i have yet to get an answer on how this is to be resovled .. (never got answer from june)


this is twice now .... same exact thing ... its a KNOWN historical problem yet to be  'fixed'

dice and boosted rooms = 'subject to change without notice' disclaimer covers that .. but
i have now twice paid for a month of premium and did not recieve the full month .. TWO



so ... i would like an answer to the question of how this is to be recompensated for .. ??
will paid premium users be getting reimbursed ? .. olives .. added prem time .. or  what ? 

The problem about this dude is that the servers crash and not everyone has premium. It sucks that you lost time in it and its real money that went down the tubes but the servers are old, unsecured and are prone to crashes and attacks. They realize that people are losing money, they are losing the time they have on their days off due to these server crashings and down-times but its really not their choice, Whoever attacked the servers for whatever reason is ruining the game, this game is fine before the whole navyfield 2 game which was a waste of money, all they needed to do to make nf better was to get better servers and fix the constant crashing that we all experience not just normal players but mods as well.

You need to realise that the server "did not just crash", it was brought down by hacking attempts.

how can i get the guy who lost 2 days of premium's address so i can mail him 75 cents. figure the almost 9 cents extra will account for interest
