We was have fleet bug . One guy on our fleet was tagless and fleetless.He isnt leave our fleet.He just join game and pm to us 'Why I am fleetless?' .But we could see him in fleet  on radioman(Clan). He was got fleet penalty when he send apply to Main SQ or another fleet. 

We fix that problem with that way.
1) We are kick him on Main fleet(So we was saw him on radioman in clan section)  
2) He is try to apply another SQ in same fleet, so he join again

And bug fixed.  

But He told me ' I cant see any player on radioman in clan section ' So one more bug founded.
