  • Washington's stats a little bit too much

This makes no since, an North Carolina class battleship, Washington, has a better stats than the Iowa?, while the Iowa class was strounger and faster than the North Carolina class. But aperently according to the ship tree the Washington is strounger than the Iowa class?
 

I dont know if this is a bug or what?

The Washington, despite being a North Carolina class in shape, is intended as an EBB which sits between the Iowa and the Montana in terms of stats and leveling capacity. So it is intentionally better than the Iowa.

 

Previously, the Missouri filled this gap. Visually this would make more sense as the Missouri is an Iowa class, so you would have the Iowa and then the stronger EBB Iowa. However, a new tier of EBBs was added that were lvl 99 and the USN was not provided a new ship, so the Missouri was upgraded to be the lvl 99 EBB. The Washington took the place the Missouri used to hold as the USNs EBB5 (the ships that goes between the BB4 and BB5).

ah that makes since, but why not add the Kentcky thats an Iowa and was never completed or the Illinois, but if they were not suggested that's fine and it makes since why the Washington is used instead thanks for clearing this up.

The test team can only work with the hulls we are given by SDE, so when they gave us the Washington and nothing to to use in the new tier we had to get creative, which is why the Missouri moved and the Washington took its place. We were a bit stumped with what to do with the Washington anyway since both sets of BB3 guns are already used by the EBBs Maryland and Indiana.

i read it, henceforth i say washington bb is fine and learn to play since this ship is meant to be a little better then iowa  but if i have to go deeper, washington ebb is perfectly fine , has 1 more support, more dp being able to go 40 knots overheat with full setup

 

its also higher in lvl so its meant to be better now does the ship hull strike odd yeah it is, but i love it, it looks better then the regular version perfectly viable to grind towards montana since and its my opinion the missourri isnt worth it

 

to the OP its intended not a bug
