I am starting to get very angry at this moderator team. I cannot ask a simple question of a BO level to a ship. All this turns around check the website....well I wouldn't ask if I could load the whole website....I can barely load 1/4 of the website. Every mod has told me send in a support ticket we won't help you anyway else....well guess what

I CAN'T SEND IN A SUPPORT TICKET BECAUSE I CANNOT LOAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried clearing caches...different browser and to the same result

I have the very best internet available in my area which on good days get me up to 40mbps of download speeds.

My computer is as follows:

4.2GHz AMD A10-5700 APU (Quad Core)
8gb 1333Mhz Ram
1TB Hard Disk Drive
ATI Radeon 8570 HD Graphics Card
Windows 8.1 64 bit

Do not blame my computer either or the Operating system because when I had windows 7 I had the same issues.

You say not to blame your system, but if your the only one having these's problems then it has to be something on your end. It can't be the site or more people would be having these issues and  bitching about the problem.

when i got a new computer with windows 8 the game would not load for me either i went back to windows 7 ran comp mode windows 98/me and reduced the screen resolution and havent had a problem since . dont know what it is about windows 8 but alot of people i know that got it are having some issues with trying to run navyfield on it . just my imput maybe it might help

Are you from europe? Germany maybe?

The website is loading forever for me today.

It took several tries before i could log in here.

And even after logging in, only half of the website will be displayed.

So I think you are not the only one having troubles.

I don't think NF compatible with win 8.1
(my friend use win 8.1 too, and he can't play NF, but he can play with win 7 64 bit, and win 8)

Srry for the trouble but I do not believe I have not spoke with you, what information do you seek, and the website problem have you tried a different browser ?

I finally got a mod willing to help. bbr went through it with me and hes got the information and seeing what hes looking into but another issue is as follows. I sailor disappeared from my account when I hit unload ship button and another ticket I had to get another moderator to send in for me.....
