  • Alsace LVL 101 guns?

Is there a reason why I cannot put these guns on the Alsace?  They are not on the list only the LVL 100 guns are available.  My BO just hit 103 and my gunners are 104.  What am I missing?

The lvl 100 guns are for the Alsace.

The lvl 101 guns are ONLY for the Jean Bart EBB.
