Is the error something from the game or something from your system? As in something the game is showing you or the system is having popup in a windows box?
A reinstall is always reccomended as it tends to fix some things. Your OS (including 32-bit or 64-bit) may be useful to know, they might point someone in the right direction. If that doesnt work, post again. A screenshot of the error on the screen may help as well, although im not sure. If reinstalling does not work, of course come on back and let us know.
Also, while it isnt important, youre asking for a mod. The mods themselves are no more than average people like you and me, they arent usually technical experts (although a couple are pretty good at some of this crap). Just saying.
