  • Where are my ships?

Hello,

I stopped playing NF about a year or two back. Today I logged in and i have none of my ships (but items are still in store). What can I do with it? Was the game wiped? Can I somehow recover it?

I am in the same both i put a recovery request ticket in in general question to see if i can get a response but no luck yet

so it will take your recovery request too long, just put it in your ticket the server you are in, (ships/sailors) you have in your account, and some details.

They're busy trying to get the hampsters back in shape.

In seriousness, however long it takes is how long it takes. That is what the problem is but theres not a whole lot you can do to make it go faster. A week is unussually long though.
