I didnt play KM for a couple of weeks. Now my BO (lvl l20)doesnt work anymore for my Kaiser. It works for other ships (H 41 and H 44) but nomore for may BB 6. What happened? Can anybody help me? Thank you.

Is your crew too heavy?
Try taking off some armour.
