Couple of questions...

1. What exactly happens when you try to download it? (Screenshots are always helpful)

2. Have you tried manually patching it?

3. Have you tried uninstalling, deleting and redownloading the full game client?

4. What HAVE you tried? 

A post like yours is hard to help when you do not give very much information.
