Tip, if you want to record, do it on another physical drive. Sometimes, the read/write from the own OS+application cripples the recording.

Navyfield is capped at 25 FPS, any higher desired FPS is not possible or redundant.

Do not bother with 1080p, a 720p quality will do the job. Anything higher will just upscale it, waste of rendering time, memory and space.
