people play gunsmore than planes in these rooms anyways..let's reclass these IJN hybirds back to CVs so everyone can just bring in these and shoot for fun

I don't know, but wouldn't ISE (CV) remodel be too powerful? I mean, it does have the fire power of a BB1.5 and not to mention the additional T slots, the thing can bring down a CV without using a single DB.

They tried that once before and the cv "balance" was 10 times worse than it already is.  A hybrid can not and should not take the place of a full carrier.  Sorry, no recc.

what you have to keep in mind about a hyvbrid is that they do many thing... but do nothing well.  ise doensnt carry more than 16 tp 18 bombers or fighters... it has 4 cannons... and only 1 bind of ammo.  it is weak as a cv and terrible as a bb.  but hey, you can torp with it and its like a kuma kai!
