Ok I seem to be crashing more and more as time goes on which is really getting annoying, so i've decided to now start posting my NavyFIELD.rpt crash logs here in the hope that something might be sorted either for NF generally or just for me if it's my computer.
I am running a PC with Windows XP 32-bit on a AMD Athlon XP1800+ with 768mb of DDR SD-RAM but an additional 4000mb (NOT 4 Gb) of HDD allocated as Virtual Memory.
Yes I realise it's ancient lol but it's always worked before, and always worked well. I don't really play anything else apart from NF and NF works just fine, as does web browsing.
The game is installed into C:\Program Files\SD EnterNET\NavyFIELD\ as by default
I run NF in compatibility mode for Win 2000 as has been advised before, although at times I have played around and found it to crash less without running compatibility mode at all. This changed more recently for some reason.
I was running a fully patched (since god knows how long ago) version but now running 1.3-something (the latest one before 1.4) fully clean install with only the latest patch or two on there.
