Most ISP don't do frequent connection resets. Shortest intervals I'm aware of are 24 hours for those on dynamic IPs.




These errors don't occur on any of my systems if I force reset my DHCP and DNS servers. 



Can you please give more detailed information? Does this happen exactly at the same time every day and does it have 100% of the time when you think your ISP is resetting your connection? 

My system clock is 3 minutes ahead of local time

today my conexion was reset at

9:28AM # 11:28AM # 17:28PM

only the cut at 11:28 makes me lost a battle 

Sometimes takes 4 or 9 hours depend of day and it takes 1 minute long to recover

I have 6Mb conexion since 7 years and my ping is always 28 or above

the errors not appear nevermore for the moment
