Das wollte ich eigendlich als Ticket schreiben, was leider nicht geht:

Hallo, ich würde gerne meine neuen Torpedoschützen befördern, aber obwohl ich schon lvl 30 bin, geht es immer noch nicht. Im Tech Tree steht, das ab lvl 25 befördert werden kann!? For SN, you can only class "heavy torpedo" at level 44. Look at Soviet torp launcher statistics, the lower ones can be operated by "Gunner" classed sailors (that have not yet reached the level for heavy torpedo classing). You can find all this info here on the forum under "Game info" -> "Sailor tree" and "Game info" -> "Components"
