  • NF1405.exe Latest Navyfield install program not doing anything.

NF1405.exe is the install program for NavyField in the downloads section(FTP)

Downloaded this because I had to reinstall windows, and subsequently have to reinstall NavyField.

It's not starting, not doing anything, you can see the cursor show that something has started briefly for a few seconds... Then nothing...

Re-downloaded it twice and same result.

Any help would be great.

*** Update ***

I happened to have a copy of NF1402.EXE on my laptop and it measures 700mb's whereas this so called "latest" copy(NF1405) is only 119mb's, so.... yea...

Somebody screwed up the install file somewhere....

Anyways, copied NF1402 and everything is great >_>

Not gonna bother with the CNET copy either as I am only getting a max 30KB! download speed...

Autoupdate failed.
Patch that was m anually downloaded failed the client so it didn't start.
So the same problem with client here too - only a bit more than 100MB and doesn't start :(
10+ hours for NF1377 - is a bit too long (

Vick said : Your best option at the moment then is to wait on the  Cnet download and install from there.

Good news folks! http://navyfieldusa-sdenternet2.ktics.co.kr/Downloads/full/NF1404.exe will give full working download, then run patch1405.exe. Works here, gl

Don't need to run the patch thou. The launcher will update it for you.
In fact, I would rather let the launcher update it at this point ^.^

I had the exact same issue before on 2 other computers and I had to re-install windows xp on one and windows 7 on another to fix the problem but it would show the hourglass or the windows 7 blue circle for a brief 5 seconds than go away and nothing happened so the re installation fix it. I am so glad to see others have the same issue because someone was trying to be a help to me and told me it was my fault but yeah glad to see other with the same issue this made me feel better to see this.
