I play Navyfield very many years (eight or more years) I have hundreds of hours as a premium player, I have premiun vessels, and a large German fleet with the best sailors, have a graff zepellin II, Andrea Doria and other boats, I stayed some time without playing and my account was gone, the servers have changed names several times and I can not remember which server my account was staying.

Please I invested much time and money on this game! I am very sad to lose all my progress as well.

Now every time I call in https://fmsp.en.navyfield.com/GenericErrorPage.html?aspxerrorpath=%2FMemberSupport%2FSupportStep3.aspx
this error message appears.

my progress was simply erased.
