Celeste_Morn	I am at a lost for words tonight,when I was watching the news in New Zealand on Prime TV,the reporter mentioned that the Politicians in NZ are looking at making RIP (Rest in Peace) Trolling a convictable and jailable offense which was mentioned on the radio,is this going too far or its a step in the right direction?

AndrusN	Trolling equals Cyber bullying/abuse, which now in the U.S.A. In some States, and in extreame cases can lead to jail time, but most cases are just ending in "Fines" or Commutity service... RIP is conected to gangs, and in NZ they have a really bad gang problem, so that could be the reason why they are making that law...
