i know it has been almost 2 weeks since the patch, :), by just reading the one in the sn for their sn nation nerf and buff
i want to know the opinions and review from mn players :D

anyone can request to lock this if its not appropriate or heavy flaming will begin flamewall seems useless now a days rofl

my review:

• Mandel = king of the PCA :D (with 12" 1906)
• 6" 1930 dual is heavier by 5 tons to 6" 1930 trips
• Pluton can now compete with at level cl1s (dido,atlanta,agano,kberg) but still fun with 3.9" :D
• nice spread on richeliu and little damage buff and nice speed (haven't reach speed cap though T_T goes only 40 with aa and 42 no aa)
• nice additional bind and number shell increase per bind, the only time i ran out of ammo when
• i was the only bb left on the team (not bad for 230k+ :D lose though T_T) or if i loose my cool and shooting insanely XD in my alsace

my opinions:

• i know some of exploiters of mandel will not gonna like this XD but mandel need to be nerf to balance PCAs
• i don't care of alsace spread or accuracy, cause it do land a good hit sometimes at random time :D, but could it be hmmm   a little range buff, i find h39 outrange my alsace by mm (?)
