  • 3 sailors.

I have 3 sailors: all 3 are enginneers, all 3 are elite, all 3 are prem, all 3 have nearly the same vets/exps, all 3 were bought at the same time.

One however seems to be a lame duck.

It has the same exact numbers on the left column of capability numbers, but on the right, the numbers are way off... What in the world??? Even weight is wrong ^.^

looks like your ugly duckling was late classed, with the higher armament & special force stats & lower support starts.

aka you got screwed over on trade ;)

These were bought straight from Navyfield website.

Not trades.

If you bought them and leveled them it means at some point you ended up classing your lame duck later than the others.
Specifically: km @12 , to support and directly to 2nd engineer @ 45 would recreate similar stats.

Nope, leveled and classed at same time.

I'm thinking that somehow the prem didn't apply itself to the lame sailor. At least that's the way it feels like to me.

Your theory does not explain the crew size nor does it explain why other stats like accuracy and reload are so much higher.  If they were classed late as I have said, it would explain all the values that are there.  Someone can double check for me but put the numbers I suggested into a simulator and you will get almost the identical values as your lame duck.  It was classed late.

mako is definitely right - you must have forgotten to class one sailor on time.

Otherwise the weight and crew number, and the other statistics would not be that different.

I get the impression that you classed them all 2nd engy at the same time, but the one sailor wasn't classed "support sailor" before. There is no other possibility than "support sailor" classed too late for your "lame duck" (as not only engy skill is too low, but also repair/restore).

Not quite. He definitely classed them late but he did not class them all at to 2nd engine at the same time. What i think happened was he was power leveling this lone engine and for got to class it to support until level 40 or so. Or just plain forgot to class it until around level 40 when he noticed. If the +20% boost failed, then your growth would not be the same as the others. I did some quick math and it seems to me you found out about level 45 that your sailor was not a support sailor or an engineer.

Did you guys skip my post :)  KM @12 and then leave it.  Class to support and Engineer both at 45 and you should get the same crew number and virtually the identical ability.

It's true that I was power leveling and classing late.

But I classed them all at the same time, and ran them together with the exception of the one that has a little more exp than the others(the 3rd one). I ran him on a sub a few times after classed.
A couple of times, after I "remodeled" a ship, at the end of the battle, it seemed to randomly give out 0 exp to one of these guys as well... ^.^

Other than that, they should be triplets.

I would also like to mention, that the reason why I suspect that something happened after I prem'd them is also when I noticed that the one wasn't acting right. I think I prem'd them at lvl 10ish, can't remember exactly when.
Anyways, I kept on running them to see if it was a temporary thing or the lame duck would "fix itself" or something... It hasn't so now I go wth? lol

Anyways, NF says they won't fix, so we'll see how this dude is at 120...
