I'm wondering what is to be "Perfect", as in a crew that was classed at a certain time (i.e. The absolute best time to class IJN Dp Gunner's not just at 62 or over 90 you'll be safe to reach reload cap & to aww imaginary cap :P) - What will be the best at 120 to benefit from gains in rep and other stats, and not having to burn any recruits, etc once the cap of you true ability is met.
Now the game is alway's changing, and I'm to lazy to consistantly figure out the math and calculate my sailors true ability's, specially when I only care about when I'm level 120...
Therefore, what I'm asking is to know is with an all (Hero Sailor +14 Stats & 15+ B.O) based crew what level's I should be classing individual sailors on differant bb6/CV6 crews that are leveled from 1 - 120, and how many vet's I need at 120 to reach said caps of required ability's.
I understand that everyone has differant view's on said perfection, but hoping if it's a perfect crew to start with than you can end up pretty much perfect. Also, it be easyier to figure out a non perfect sailor I.e an elite... and just base your changes off an example 10% differance from said 13+ to a 14+ stat, being I'll need some where around 10% more vets persay.
So if anyone has entire level 120 crew's or even individual sailors they've worked hard on for there 120 ships that are leveled and classed to perfection I'd like to see them or a list of there experts and vet amount with classing times that reach required and preferred caps or as close to them i.e. A Km scout that is benefiting your rep but still having it's priority stats capped.
Remember I'd rather see only Hero Sailors & base non hero sailors off there perfection and make my changes off there lesser stats.
