When I click the "Register Seal" button it says:

Players cannot use this function.

If you want to register the new fleet tag,

please contact to gm with fleet tag image file.

imho .. this function needs to be fixed and restored to fleet leaders in game




its also a shame that sde messed up several fleets tags way back and have still not fixed it after months and months of forcing two fleets to suffer under the green skewed tag bug ...
these two should be restored properly for the members of the two fleets in question ... 
GM's should fix tags for ... ARMADA INDOASIA ... ... and ... TASK FORCE 2 ...  ...

yes ... we know why it was removed ...

what we don't know is why it hasn't yet been fixed and restored to game as stated
