I have two questions. What should my crew look like for a US CV? And What should my crew look like for a KM BB? Also when should I boost these sailors, and what stats should I look for each sailor?

if you can't have all hero just go for elite or +12(with secondary stat)

When you mean hero do you mean the +13 sailors? Also when should I class my fighters up or should I leave them as rookie pilots? And what should the exact composition of my crews be?

2. Hero sailors are wasted on everything but Engies and Ftrs IMO as all others will cap for abilities.

This was not a simple answer, just bad advice.

nope, hero have +14 on all stat except for pot (+15 i remember)... and they can be bought at medal store for 50 medals

+13 base sailors are elite which can be both at nf store...

for classing of fighter pilots, just search at the forum there are alot of guides already, and i remember there was one recently at USN area of the forum...

for BB you need 2 pair of gunners (your main 11/11 is fine already for KM, and pair for your aa gunners), 3-4 reps, 4-5 engies, and scout

for cv Im not a pure cv player, 6-8 fps, a pair or 6-8 of bombers [if your bored you can go bomberwhoring and other players MAD lol] , seaman, gunners(optional) for support (no idea)...

Are Hero sailors also premium sailors?

Heroes are only available in Medal shop and sometimes through events.  Medals are not easily attainable except during special events - such as the ongoing NF quiz going on right now and as a bonus for $$ purchases.  So in your case just ignore it for now unless you are about to spend $50 where they are giving away a Hero as a bonus.

Yes, I am wrong.  It is 8 fighters or other pilots.
