Why did we have a 6th year event and not a 9th year event... why didnt we have it on the 5th year or every year?

In one of the compain about July 4th post, there was TNF member said there would be a main style event "soon". I guess the "soon" generally means a month. So hopefully there will be something at the end of this month.
