  • Reset BO can't choose new ship

So I am a returning player from back before subs. I bought a ship reset for my BO but now I can't choose a new ship past the second national DD. If I double click it asks the "Are you sure?" question, I click yes but nothing happens. If I then click "OK" it does nothing at all. I close the window and open it back up and if I select the ship then click "OK", it asks the "Are you sure?" question and I click okay, then it is unresponsive from that point.

I really hope some one will help me figure this out so I didn't waste $20.

Try again next time you start the game. Sometimes dropped packets can cause issues and those can be caused by your connection, or the server itself.


If it still gives you an issue, send a support ticket and as long as you've truely not accidently mis-classed something (Like accidently classed it as an APA and just haven't noticed it yet), they'll probably reset it again for you.

I tried many times in any combination of restarting the game, joining a battle, and placing the BO on a ship and removing him. But I will submit a ticket, thanks for your help.
