hello everyone, I have a bug with the boxes of the event I received 2 boxes around 10:00 (1:00 am) and I opened these 2 boxes and I never received what I earn I have a friend that this is also arrive at the same time

For some reason the smokes would not add into my account after I opened those boxes. Not that I need it but if its given shouldn't it be proper given ? Weird event.....

event coding of the rewards recieved accept box has something in it that is shifting all click boxes to the left margin instead of centered .. and then you need to re-click it ... most obvious to see when it happens on the attendance mini caladar on left sidebar and on the event reward box item accept 'OK' button (one click shifts it - next click work)when you first click .. it jumps the box to left .. then you have to click on the new location again to actually make it go to the big calendar from the small one ... click on a mini calendar date .. watch the number (mine jumps to left of date box) .. re-click on the new location ... it works ...same with the OK button on recieved opened gift boxes pop up ... the yellow bar OK button jumps left and needs to be re-clicked in its new location after first click knocks it off-center and against the left wall of whatever box it is inand the 'hard to click things' thing is the same ... go to forum main page .. click on a sub-board category - watch close what happens / shifts left - click it again ... should work - same as above

The button was coded with no X Axis shift.The actual button is locked to the left margin directly left of the button. Clicking the left edge of the button will give you the item.If you close the popup window without clicking in the correct spot. You cannot recover the item.

Did it and still no HQ expansion after one day waiting. I sent ticket to support 5 minutes ago.

Got fixed today. Recieved the HQ expansion in my ITEM. Thx SDE.
Summary; if u got the item on your ITEM LIST event page but not in game, ss and send ticket. =)

I have had 6 wins today and my 3rd box has not triggered (have not earned it) despite winning 6 games so far...
Edit: Scratch that. It finally came through after I stopped lagging.

i have had this happen 3 times each so far....i login and play for awhile and get some wins...then i go to the NF site to get my boxes. I login to find that the box for logging isn't even there, or i find the first win box bugged.
i hope you can help
