Hello there,

Since the crash and the back up that we have postponed the day of: 13/08/2014, I lost:

10million credits
1550000 pts
my lvl won since yesterday
Premiums and two Italian ships.

The support does not respond to our tickets !!!

What's going on?

Let me explain for the 10 million credits and points:

Last night I put up for sale in an elite trade system engine, were sold on the night and when the crash occurred was my reconnection I lost my cash !!

My 2 IJN TB (lvl 86) are just gone O.O... I switched my 2 bombers with a Seaman and an Engine on my CV. The bombers are just gone... they were yellow sailors. My Seaman and Engine are still there, but I lost my TB... ??? Wtf.. I discovered an hour after the rollback.. Like w.t.f.

roll back stole everything even my level 6 radioman which surprises me even more event ebb credits EVERYTHING, can't send ticket due to damn internal server error BS

SDE won't reply on here but im suprised............ actually maybe not that any mod has atleast found out when they will fix this?

i don't want some stupid 100 olive conpensation i worked hard for my stuff and 100 olives like they did last screw over, won't conpensate enough. 3 days extension on event ? thats BS.

 Argh, don't say that out loud...bad ideas are catchy, don't distract them from trying to figure out what was screwed up this time and don't give them the idea that any sort of compensation is acceptable without releasing the hostages they took  :P
