1) Please explain why TW's "kita" allowed in a hobbit map. The map is so small you cannot escape the mass of torps they are able to send. Either not allow them on the hobbit map of put a limit to the number of torps they can carry.

2) There has got to be a way to balance in a blitz,  1 CV makes one team completely over powered. There needs to be 2 CV's.  There is no way you can balance against a single CV by  simply dividing ships.  Either code in 2 CV's or auto boot from the match, or  either limit the amount of launchable aircraft.

kita torps r slow n usually spread....thay also reload torps very slow..i never have probs with that if u know how to use bulge

cv also dont have a probs in blitz..its all about teamwork...i ve used cv in blitz....bolzano RM cv2 still lose...coz they got good teamwork

1)kita isn't that dangerous, .2 belt (to reduce torp damage by half) and bulge (make sure you dodge torps bulge is not permanent protection) 

2) its depend on the team like ac said and the players on that team as well, if team a have a lot of good players vs team b have only regular player with a cv in their side chances are team b will lose...

and also depend on the player that driving a cv... i sometimes turn the tables on my winning side when i leveling my tb whore rn cv in blitz 1 month ago :D

As a huge fan of an IJN TW's, here read this AC:
1] IJN have the fastest torps. I use 60 knt torps [ 8k dmg ] with the toggles switched to fast. Kitas can be utterly brutal with the right torps on fast especially on hobbit war. 
fathertyme is right to a point, kitas really unbalance a blitz.

lol, this sounds like a beta discussion.  You know that if you aa in GB, you get like 2-3x the xp you get in blitz right?  Not to mention learning how to aa...
