well since everyone is getting them instead of the stuff they actually after spenting hours experting and vetting my sailor well its kinda simple its just like rolling for vets lets say as an example

go to the item list

click the sailor items

click the expert +100 etc 

lets say say i would 200 experts on a certain sailor rollup to a 2 then click okay then they would be transfered to the sailor

well idk if this can work but its simple idea like the rolling for vets thing thats in game all ready because  I am sick of click chose sailor then click  repeat while i want to get back into a gb
